Connections matter.

👆 This idea is a touchstone for the work we do at S.i. Systems.

We pair talent with roles that enable both the employee and the organization to thrive.

In the simplest terms, we offer help to those in need—a mission that isn't exclusive to the IT staffing space.

One of the things I'm proudest of is S.i. Systems' corporate responsibility and commitment to giving back to the communities we serve. And the S.i. Systems team has embraced this mission wholeheartedly. In 2022: 
📣All branches of S.i. Systems participated in volunteer time off, using their 5 VTO days to help others. 
📣Over 175 employees participated in a volunteer event, supporting more than 35 charities nationwide. 
 
This isn't about ticking a box or racking up volunteering statistics to tout in a social media post. The shared experience of getting out of the office and spending time serving others has strengthened the bonds of our team and fortified our company culture: something that has become increasingly important to the Canadian workforce. 

Whether in the walls of an office building or the bounds of a city's limits, for us, a connected community makes all the difference.
