Fearlessness

What do you see when you look at this picture?

Someone in their element, happy to be presenting to their team? I am! I love my Atrium family, and I’m passionate about my work.

What you won’t see (I hope!) is the 20 minutes of nerves suffered beforehand. Throughout my career, I’ve understood the importance of presenting a calm exterior and never letting people see me sweat. 

But recently, I’ve been thinking about the value of authenticity. How opening up about my own fears and how I confront them can help others do the same.

Never forget: "fearlessness" isn't the goal. The goal is to show courage in the face of fear. If I can do it, I know you can too.
