Speak Her Name

There is power in advocating for other women.

We all have the ability to give voice to another woman when she is not there to offer hers.

We can highlight her work,

advocate for her promotion,

cheer capabilities and accomplishments,

and support anything that will lead to her acceleration.

But this is just one way we can all walk the road toward gender parity together. I was honored to add my voice to the chorus of leaders discussing ways we can build a supportive workplace ecosystem for all women for Forbes.
